St. Paul in 1 Corinthians 11 speaks about Holy Communion as partaking in Christ's body and blood. As we partake in the body and blood of Christ, there are some things that you as a visitor should know.

If you have not communed at Hope before, we ask that you please introduce yourself to the Pastor before worship.

Current members of congregations that are in full altar and pulpit fellowship with the Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod are welcome to receive the Lord's Supper.

If you are not a member of the LCMS or one of her partner churches, you may not know that we practice "Close Communion."
To the right is a download you can use to learn more about this practice.

Members of other congregations or people who aren't members of a congregation are welcome to come and receive a blessing.
Pastor would be glad to have a conversation with you about your beliefs and he is more than willing to explore any questions you may have.

Children are welcome to come forward and receive a blessing as well.
