Jackie was born in New York and lived most of her life in Ohio.

 

She received her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Lorain County Community College and has received various other certificates to meet or exceed state guidelines.

 

She is married to Harold and has two children, Brittany and Kyle.  She also has one grandson Benjamin.

 

In her free time, she likes to travel and work in the yard.
